    HI Eric,
I am struggling here. My layouts will not drag across to the publisher. I have explored every option I can find with no success. It is driving me mad. I have watched your video a number of times but cannot work out what is going wrong.

I have done it before a number of times on Archicad 19 without a problem.

    This is Archicad 20.

    Help! – Any suggestions?

Hi Matthew – Without seeing your file or your process, it’s hard to say what’s going on. Here are a few general troubleshooting steps:
      1) Create a new Publisher Set, and see if you can make it work – perhaps there is some setting that is specific to the publisher set you’re trying to use.
      2) Save and close the file, then re-open it, in case it is a temporary glitch. Perhaps try quitting ArchiCAD then starting it back up.
      3) Try the process in another file in AC20, to see if it works in a different file; if so, then try to check what’s different between the contexts.
Let me know whether this helps.
By the way, the best way to get support is to email me at support@bobrow.com.
